Brazed Heat Exchangers

In ERK brazed heat exchangers, the arrangement of the plates and the placement of the nozzles are made in accordance with the demands of our valued customers. This compressed plate pack is soldered with copper under vacuum at high temperature to ensure impermeability. It is more compact than conventional type gasketed plate heat exchangers and can be used at higher temperatures and pressures.

ERK Brazed Heat Exchangers are suitable for use between -50 ° C and + 220 ° C and 30 bar design pressure and are suitable for use in various sectors.

While copper brazing material is generally used for HVAC applications, nickel brazing material is preferred for highly corrosive fluids or applications in the food industry.

Thanks to the high turbulent flow between the sliced plates formed in the brazed heat exchanger, the pollution is kept at a minimum level and thus they do not require frequent maintenance.
